Once you place an order, it is processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders are dispatched from our authorized fulfillment partners and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Order Processing
- Orders are packed in tamper-sealed, protective packaging to maintain product integrity.
- All Base6 tablets are shipped in compliance with FSSAI and quality safety standards.
- Orders once confirmed cannot be modified.
Delivery Availability
- We currently deliver across most locations in India.
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.
- In rare cases of stock unavailability, our support team will notify you promptly.
